WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Come prepared with comfortable undergarments and shoes that match the style you plan to wear on your wedding day. If you already have accessories like heels or jewelry, feel free to bring those along as well!

CAN I BRING GUESTS TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring supportive friends and family whose opinions you trust, as their insights can be extremely useful in making the final decision. Our bridal suites hold 5 people comfortably but we can accommodate more if you let us know beforehand.

WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY DREAM DRESS?
To have the least stressful shopping experience, we recommend shopping at least 6-12 months before your wedding day. Dresses are made to order meaning that the development of your dress will not start until you place your deposit on your dress. Rush shipping and off-rack gowns are available!

I NEED HELP, MY WEDDING IS APPROACHING FAST! CAN I STILL GET A DRESS?
Don't worry, there is still time to find the perfect dress. We offer off-rack options available to come home to you the same day. We also have dresses that can be ordered for a quick turnaround!

DO YOU REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT?
We encourage appointments so we can prepare for your visit and give you the best experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes love can’t wait, so we’ve reserved a special space for walk-ins. Whether scheduled or spontaneous, we’re here to help make your wedding dreams come true.

WHAT IS KRISTEN GRACE BRIDAL'S PRICE POINT?
Our lovely gowns starts at $500. We believe every bride deserves to wear her dream gown on her special day without breaking the bank. We have a wide variety of gowns serving various budget considerations.

WHAT ARE DREAM BRIDE'S IN-STORE SAMPLE SIZES?
Our sample sizes ranges from 8 to 18. We understand that every body is unique, and that’s why we are equipped with the right tools and expertise to make necessary adjustments for various sizes.

WHERE IS KRISTEN GRACE BRIDAL LOCATED?
We are so excited to share that Kristen Grace Bridal is in the works of creating a stunning boutique in Laurel, Mississippi. Our doors will be opening soon, and we can’t wait to welcome you into a space designed to make your bridal journey unforgettable.

WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?
Achieving the perfect fit often requires alterations. We’ll take precise measurements and connect you with our trusted network of trusted tailors, to ensure your gown fits beautifully. While we’ll guide you through the process, the final decisions are always yours.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT WHEN I SAY "YES" TO THE DRESS?
When you say ‘yes’ to the dress, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your gown. Once placed, changes or cancellations are not possible as we begin preparations immediately.
